    only had dough to put around a stick and watch it turn into bread.
    Oh yeah and a patatoe in aluminum foil.

    marshmallows are gooey yuk - give me chestnuts any day, or yes just potato when chestnuts are out of season.. with a bit of 'brahn' sauce... [brown]

    The gooeyness of toasted marshmallows was part of the fun, as was catching them on fire and blowing them out quickly so that you were left with a crunchy outside(albeit slightly charred) and gooey middle

    I wonder if that would count as a crime against humanity... Not being able to roast marshmallows by the fire when one is a kid. If it is any consolation here is a marshmallow, you will have to find a campfire to roast it over.

    Okay... okay it isn't the best. It's the thought that counts. (can I help it if it looks like a roll of TP).

    I recently bought a pack of marshmallows just to see what it is.
    And I found out it's sweets! I could never imagine one roasting sweets on fire

    Well, neither could I, until I lived in the states for a while, and I kinda liked them rosted over the fire.
