Flash Player

Need help. I can never play .swf files by double clicking on them. I have the flash player installed and have put flash files in PowerPoint and run them OK. Of course in X4 I can view created flash files.
But when I download a flash file from the forum and double clisk on it I cannot get it to work.

Hi Rupert,

I had the same problem until I made Internet Explorer the default program for opening .swf files.

Right click on a .swf and select Properties. If your web browser is not the "Opens with" application click the Change button.

Did what you suggested and now all is well, swf is up and running!!
This has annoyed me for ages.
