Free or low cost Flash Video player

I have been using FlowPlayer for the longest time, but I am in need of features it doesn't have...

I need a customizable flash video player that is free or cheap. I need something that will display a PNG file layer on top of video (for a watermark effect) and give me the ability to add/remove any controls on the display interface. It also needs to load FAST as I will be using it in tooltips.

Any recommendations?

Yes, CamStudio is free (btw: this project has nothing to do with Google), but uses old source code of previous versions of CamStudio. But there is no hope with a Open Source project like this, where the initiator is thinking, that other people will do the coding work for him:

I've got big plans for CamStudio and want to continously improve it and the Codec as well ... but I'm not a programmer.

You could use the search function of this forum, in order to search for alternative Flash video players.
