CONTINUOUS lines with PSPX2

Hello ... I posted another post in the PS plug-in section but Sledger managed to do the following picture with Corel PSPX2. I couldn't do it because I hadn't a PC with installed PSPX2.

I now have one ... can you guys give me the exact procedure to come to this result (see attached) : from a bitmap to continuous lines from left to right ready for cutting a vinyl ?

Thanks in advance ... I start with PSPX2, it looks very good !
