Text on top of transparency

Hi
I have a photo on a Businees Card that has been made 50% transparent. I have placed text over the top. Everything looks fine in X3, but when i save it as a PDF the text appears lighter as if it too, has had a transparency applied to it. Anyone have any ideas on why this would occur.

Hi Plonky,

Had the same problem recently. You need to Arrange > Convert Text Curves first, Save, then Publish to pdf. If that doesn't work have play with the publish to pdf settings.
