X3 Failed to create new document

Hello,
I purchased Corel Graphic Suite X3 some time ago. I installed it on my computer and I can't get it to work. I open Corel Draw and when I try to create a new document the next error messages appear:
1. Error creating default styles
2. Unexpected condition encountered. Please refer to the Technical Support Help
3. Failed to create new document
4. Failed to create new document
I cannot create a new document, nor open existing documents. What should I do? Thank you in advance

In the first instance I would suggest you reinstall from the CD.

I have tried it for 4 or 5 times, still the same error messages. I'm going crazy. I have a deadline and i'm not far from setting my computer on fire. Annybody experienced this problem? Thank you for any help

Try this.
When you uninstall X3, delete this folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\*user name*\Application Data\Corel\Graphics13

Reboot, then reinstall X3.

Application Data is hidden, so you must make sure that you have set your Explorer folder options to view hidden folders.

(Note: This applies to installations with WindowsXP)
