Hi Rich...
Pretty cool...
I think you erased to much on the back fender... it is totally gone...
John,
That was rusted.
Rich
Poeny.

Both of those are interesting Rich. I am just having the first flowers starting to bloom. Maybe in a day or two I might have a good flower shot.
John,
I noticied was shoooting dark. The EV was set incorrectly. I was trying to shoot the only butterfly I have seen.

Rich do you white balance before you shoot in manual or do you use the preset settings? I have found that the preset settings do not work too well. If I want the color to be close to correct I have to set the white balance manually.
Pretty neat rings or things there Rich...
I usually shoot in Program mode with a slightly lower EV.
A couple more ME2 enhancements. Just trying nto get a feel for how the plugin works.
Rich
Neat effects on both pictures Rich.
You should try putting it in manual. You have much more control over the shot that way. but if you do, I would suggest a manual white balance. With mine it works very good using an 18% grey card to set the white balance. Typically, digital camera are set for an 18% grey as white.
You can either buy a card, or you can just print a page with a rectangle set to 18% black using CMYK. Don't use a RBG 18% black... that will come out too brown and throw off the balance.
When I made mine, I put a black cross hair in the center of the square. Focus in on that, then set my white balance and I have very nice colors in my portraits, even when using incandecent or flourescent lighting.
When the balance is set right, you can even use a different temperture lights to change the tone of a picture. For instance, My studio lights are 5200K flourescents, and I use a regular flourescent as a hair light. This creates a nice golden/redish highlight in the subjects hair depending on their hair color.
Thanks John,
I'll see what runs in 4. Metal and Ice.
