How about a slice/dice instead of a clipview. That didn't have the error that clip view had.

Anti-aliasing is the culprit. Drop the quality view to 'Full color' and the line disappears.

I've seen that problem many times. To get around it, either give the clipview a small feather, or do as in the attached, and make the clipping object another totally transparent object that is just slightly bigger than the object you are clipping. Of course, it can't be too much bigger, or it will be noticed. The secret is to make it transparent.

sledger idea was ok but when i go to export it as pdf it all turns into bitmap.

David great suggestion, it worked thank you for the tip. How did you figure that out? I hope they can fix this issue.

Have you got that around the right way Behzad??
Because your file exports as vector for me using default (email or HQ 300dpi) settings, but using Davids feathering technique creates it as a bitmap.

Though PDF still shows that line in my vector version
