How about a slice/dice instead of a clipview. That didn't have the error that clip view had.

Anti-aliasing is the culprit. Drop the quality view to 'Full color' and the line disappears.
I've seen that problem many times. To get around it, either give the clipview a small feather, or do as in the attached, and make the clipping object another totally transparent object that is just slightly bigger than the object you are clipping. Of course, it can't be too much bigger, or it will be noticed. The secret is to make it transparent.
sledger idea was ok but when i go to export it as pdf it all turns into bitmap.
David great suggestion, it worked thank you for the tip. How did you figure that out? I hope they can fix this issue.
that is strange, hmmmm
okay i will post both here, let me get them
some how it is now vector for you too sledger
here is both xara and pdf output for you and david
i changed nothing on pdf export.
you have to zoom in to the graphic in acrobat to see the line or not.
Both PDF's look identical in my Adobe 8.1 reader and still show the line.
The david xar shows no feathering when I open it in version 4, and still shows the line you are trying to get rid of
But I see you have created the file in Xara Xtreme Pro 3.2.3 3.2.3.2440 DL.
What I did this time was to convert the Kozuka font to shapes, then make sure all three shapes were whole pixels. Then I use the grey ellipse to slice the 'o' into shape.
This looks much better, though at a smaller size, the antialiasing still shows a faint line... (xar attached - but it's a version 4 file)
