I haven't decided on a camera yet. I have been reading about camera features, and looking at the prices. I am trying to determine the features that will fit my needs. I would like to photograph butterflies at a larger distance, and still have macro capability. I have been looking at a Canon 20D since I have a Canon EOS 620, and have several lenses that would be compatible. Increasing to 8 MegaPixels may help, too. My E10 seems to be performing normally, but I have taken 20,000 shots with it. I am not sure of the life expectancy. Along with the camera, I am looking at 400mm lenses. Something affordable. I only photograph for fun, and being retired makes cost a consideration. Rich
