Paste in Place Broken?

I cannot use the CTRL Shift V for pasting in place in the latest build. Can anyone else confirm this. If so I can't be the only one that uses this shortcut more than anything else and it would force me to go back to the previous build if so.

Just tried it in Xtreme Pro 3.24 and same problem so it must be my keyboard going wonky.

Try using the control and shift keys that are on the other end of the keyboard.

I've seen keyboards with keys that have stopped working because they were the most used. Some of the users where I worked were so accustomed to using only the left hand control, shift, and alt keys they were unable to work when they stopped functioning. They honestly never even saw the same keys on the right side of the keyboard.
