Problem locating navbar

I switch between my desktop and laptop when creating webpages. When creating menus from one computer to another -- is there a method or specific location to transfer the files so that both computers will be able to utlize the menu file? I go to edit the file and receive the msg: Xara Menu Maker could not find the file (stating the location)....
Xara Menu Maker will now startup and allow you to choose a new template.
I've gone into Program Files\Xara\Menu Maker\WSTemplates\(name of project)
Am I on the right track?
Still I'm unable edit the menu - surely I won't need to recreate the menu from scratch in each computer will I?

Would really appreciate alittle direction.
