    Default Access violation - heeelp?

    How come I get this:
    Access violation exception at offset 0x020090DC in one particular file. I then copied the content to a new file, but it keep giving me this error?

    I use Windows Vista Ultimate

    I just received the CD by mail - should I reinstall the program?
