    Bruce,

    An expirment to add volume to an image. The image was made bitmap transparent, and saved top PNG. I added Gel effect to the image. The effect is sensitive to transparency. Not a lot of difference, but maybe just enough.

    The result was recombined in XXP with various transparancies.

    The attached is a PNG image stroke in E3 with variable width. I gelled the second image to show the effect.

    Very neat Ross... The only drawback I see is the background is no longer out of focus so it looks like a abstract piece and not flower. I wonder if it is possible to keep the background out of focus, without slicing and dicing that is...

    A bitmap transparent copy with a paper texture, and a gelled copy for bumping.
