Beautiful wavy ribbon

I have challenged myself to create a long beautiful ribbon like strip which is dependant on the 'mould tool'.

I thought that you could also share this challenge.
The ribbon can be formed using any tools etc that you like but the Xara 'mould tool' must be the main tool.

Mould tool used for the orange coloured part of the ribbon, and also to refine the text after placing it on a path.

It's a bit small though, I can't see much of the texture. I assume that it's a vector grid.?

The pattern is a fractal plasma fill. Unfortunately when scaling up or down the pattern changes.

Just remembered the tip that Judi passed along a few days ago.
Hold down the - (minus) key on the numerical Keypad and the fill does not scale (and distort).

Exporting seems to loose a lot of detail.

The attached is a screen capture of what I see on screen.
