Fantastic characters GB. Can't say that I've ever used Illustrator. Please do post more of your work.
Thanks everybody. This is one for blog that will be launched soon. I get some creative control so Im planning to lace it with some nice design touches.
I used to use Illustrator exclusively. One day I found Xara, downloaded a trial and did an illustration in about 1/2 the time it would have taken me to finish it in Illustrator. since then, I have been a Xara user.
gb,
You're an accomplished illustrator! Wonderful works, all. Please continue to post more! Welcome to the forum.

Thanks RonDuke. Im glad I found the forum. Lots of really good stuff in here. Gives me motivation to get back to my design side full time.
This is a logo that I did for a personal blog of mine about jiu-jitsu.
One day I will sit down and try my hand at some Xara photo-realism like these cars I keep seeing in here.
Some lovely work, Graphicsbag, I like your style and sense of humour.
I particularly like your Chilli Devil.
More please, and welcome to talkgraphics.
Saludos,
Bob.

Outside of a dog, a book is a man's best friend. Inside of a dog, it's too dark to read. Groucho Marx.
i've been using corel, illustrator and freehand until 10 years ago i found xara. from time to time i try to get used to illustrator because of its professional cmyk handling ad its accuracy (beware - xara is not accurat in slicing objects)
xara is my main program from tiny web stuff up to huge signs.

One more for this upcoming project. It's getting interesting.
Those are really first class GB.
Really fun images.
You can donate your copy of Illustrator to the Goodwill or Oxfam or some such.
