Can Someone Do It For Me

I have Xara 3D6, and im trying to make an avatar, 3D and spin but no luck at all,

Im wondering if any of you very nice people on here could do it for me

Ha ha , i cant even get the blooming image from my picture's into Xara to start me off???

It just say's that jpg is not a valid X3D file , ? so what do i have to do

Ok the first thing you have to do is get your logo or whatever into a vector format. Jpg's are bitmaps.

Did you get Xara Webster with the 3D program? Or better still do you have Xara Xtreme?

Assuming you did, you need to do the following:

1. Trace the logo with the shape editor tool (or other depending on what you are comfortable with) in Webster (or Xtreme) to get a filled shape.
2. Add text to match the logo.
3. Group all the parts.
4. Copy to clipboard.
5. Switch to Xara 3D
6. Paste from Clipboard.
7. Manipulate as necessary.

I've tried to keep this brief. If you get stuck with any of the steps just ask. If you can get something basic to start, your techniques can be fine tuned to make it better, as long as you understand the principles involved.

Can anybody make my avatar a 3D spinning avatar without the background, i would really appreciate this, i am no good with pc's to start off with & no patience, lol, so would appreciate a big help from a kind hearted member, this is my avatar that i would like to be customised to a 3D spinning effect and also without the back ground

I am new to Xara 3D6 and thought this was not too difficult and could use the practice. I know most could do it much better but this is a learning experience for me and welcome the task.

It is not difficult to do as you have shown.

We get a lot of people like Tracyh77/Antacid that are not interested in learning to do things for themselves.

They simply want someone to make something for them for free then brag to their friend that "they made this".

We do not want Talkgraphics to become flooded with freeloader requests. So we offer to teach them.

BTW Trachh77 and Antacid are the same person simply using two different user names. The IP address is the same for both.
