rollover help

hi all,

Please check out this link and let me know how I can make the images in the menu on this page use rollovers. It appears that the text is too close to the pictureb above it to use Net Objects Fusion built-in rollover component. I'm not a coder so I'm seeking a javascript that might allow me to somehow add a rollover effect to the menu. All ideas welcome.
