Bill, I'm glad you popped in. (Thanks) I have a feeling his question has to do with the jaggies on his anim that don't appear on mine and I have no solution for that. You probably do. Care to comment?

Jinz can you attach your .x3d file for the Aston Villa animation you posted?

I've noticed you have been putting your images in-line with your replies. If you scroll down below the reply text area you will see a "Manage Attachments" button. Click that and you can browse to files on your hard drive and upload them as attachments to your posts.

I'm sorry but I dint save it as a .x3d I only saved it as a .gif. I think the problem has got something to do with the save settings? Also can someone explain. how can I go round a shape on Adobe photoshop cs3 and paste in xara 3d?

Jinz you cannot use Photoshop of any version. Photoshop is a raster or bitmap image editor not a vector editor. Xara3D requires vectors for the shapes to be drawn and extruded. Vectors are like math formulae that explain what angle, length, and direction a line or curve makes. Think of Algabra and Geometry (vectors) as opposed to a photograph (bitmap).

Once you have a vector shape in Xara3D you can use a bitmap image as a texture (think of paint on a wood block or ceramic bowl). The bitmap image is like paint put on the vector shape.

Thnaks do you know any programmes apart form xara extreme/pro that do this easily. Could you give me some links please?
