I think it's very clear what causes the jaggies. Match your background to the background it's going to be viewed on even if the background is going to be transparent.

Nice work Jinz,
The only comment I have is that the light is positioned badly and gives a bright white flash on the rotated animation. You can adjust the light positions by clicking the light icon on the toolbar, and clicking and dragging the light arrows to suit. Experiment with different colours and configurations to get different effects.
I'm not sure what the difference s between the opaque and transparent ones are, or even what you mean by opaque and transparent with regard to Xara 3D. Perhaps I'm overthinking something.
