I'm having a problem when trying to import disk fills into the fill gallery. It just happens on some folders, not others and all were used with no problem in XaraX. When trying to import the folder the program trys connecting to www.xara.xaraonline.com and then offers an error message, "unable to download fill file xxxxx. Please check your Internet connection". I am connected to the Internet when trying to do this but there shouldn't be a need to connect since all the files are on my hard drive. Anyone have any ideas?

    thanks,
    Dennis

Dennis, it sounds like you are using the "get fills" option which goes online for the fills. the "Disk fills" option browses to your computer.

As Mickie says, it sounds like you're hitting Get Fills and your machine is trying to download images.

I just checked by pressing 'Get Fills', it appears to be working here just fine. Perhaps you have a desktop firewall program running on your PC which is refusing access to the Internet for Xara X?

I am definitely clicking on "disk fills" and not "get fills". I have already D/L the fills through the get fills option so I guess that eliminates the firewall thing. Thanks for the suggestions though. Must be something screwy with my setup.
