And I answered my own question, is it possible to embed an animation in a non-animated image.

Excellent tutorial(s), Bill, you managed to cram a lot of useful information in there. I was vaguely aware that Xara3D had a set of vector shapes it could use, though only because you mentioned it in one of your posts not too long ago. That should expand its usefulness for many Xara3D users who don't have a vector app.

I was hoping someone would ask. :-)

The non-animated part of the image is placed in Frame 1 (In the Xara Xtreme animation screen Frames menu) and the B (for background) option checked. The time for the frame is set to 0 seconds so there is no delay.

The rest of Bill's flipping coin was saved as a GIF animation out of Xara 3D and Imported into Xara's animation window. The individual frames from Bill's GIF all appear after the first frame and have been checked as overlay.
