I am not on my desktop at the moment but if you search for a previous post by me, in which I submitted an image of a ball point pen, you might understand how this method works. If my memory serves me correctly, I included some intructions.

The syringe is made up using 'sizing pixels'.
The main body is made up of 2 parts (the liquid end and the hollow end).
