Button Pallette Control Bar?

Hi all!

In the Help files, I find the following lines:

To open the button palette

1. From the Window menu, choose Control Bars.

2. In the Control Bars dialog box, scroll down the list until you see Button Palette.

3. Click the switch next to Button Palette.

Trouble is . . . there's no Control Bars option in the Window menu.

Is this simply not included in the version I have?
What am I missing here?

Looks like help files refer to ideal "full" version (features curently in Windows version, not yet implemented in LX). Control bars option is not there (instead theres submenu Bar at least in 0.7 1785) Button palette itself is not yet icluded in LX.
