2 hours of work

hi guys,

i aint dead yet (seeing as i have been so lazy) anyways, i wanna share with you, my splash page for my website (i have many much more stuff...and all xara baby!!) i've only just started on this, so it will be much different to what you see right now.... the one finger salute will be replaced by something else,and the typo font thing, still needs work...still early days, but happy to show ya, stay tuned

Although, as you say about the salute... not the best way to greet visitors

I might use it for next years holiday card to the ex though

Nice sketch Jay, but I would also ditch the finger. Your art can stand on it's own.

Would have taken more than 2 hours and never mind the babies cos in the web thank goodness we get all sorts of content. Clean clear pure vector drawing which works really well with your style, nice work Jay.

You have to market your work to suit the audience that you aim to attract and sell to and that's what Jay is doing. For those that are old enough can you not remember the Benetton ads. A lot of people including myself found some of those appalling, bad taste in there content, but I can still remember some of them like the baby and the reason that I can remember them is for there bad taste.

thanks guys for the great comments... don't worry, the finger will be ditched soon... look past the finger as Albacore has (and most of you anyway) and see the clean lines xara has to offer
