Webstyle 2.0 Cannot open templates

Just recently, upon trying to create a new design, I was unable to open any of the templates from the Start menu. I do NOT have this problem with Webstyle 1.1

System P.C. 600mhz, XP Home with SP2 update

Any suggestions or ideas will be greatly appreciated.
