Problem with Xara Flash in DreamweaverMX 2004

Hello:
I created a swf file in xara and inserted it into dreamweaver (exported as swf8). Only the last frame displayed both in dreamweaver(play feature) and in IE preview. I re-exported the file as a swf 4 re-inserted it and it worked. I wasn't happy with the first flash media so I created a new flash object and exported as a swf 4 option. I deleted the first flash and inserted the new one. The flash doesn't play again. I only see the last frame. All I did was switch files in the page. The second file is a bit bigger. If I put the first one back it plays. I used dreamweaver commands to insert the files and I am not getting a IE warning. Any ideas. Thanks Andrea

Can you provide a link to the page with the animation or post the .swf file?

I uploaded the swf file. I exported it from Xara in the SWF 4 option. Thanks for having a look. Andrea

Andrea the file you uploaded is a .jpg in a .swf wrapper without any animation/tweening. That is why it does not animate.

To create a .swf animation begin by going to the File > New > Animation Menu or use the keyboard short cut Ctrl+Shift+N.
