How do I uninstall a plugin?

I have registered the Eye Candy 4000 plugin and would like to uninstall the demo version - how do I do that?

Hmmm, I had a search around and found the 8bf files and renamed them to old8bf, and they disappeared from my plugin menu ( I also renamed the Mehdi plugins which cause my Xara Pro on Vista business to crash)

Are there any problems doing this?

If there are any problems they will probably be in the Live Effects Tool.

Odd that Mehdi would cause a crash. I have Vista Premium Home and have had no problems with Mehdi and I use it all the time.

You will find it in the PSplug-ins folder, just delete the folder. In the image below I have deleted mine as I keep my plugins in another folder...

Whenever I test a new filter, I usually just install the .8bf file in a new directory. If it doesn't work, I just remove the directory from the PS Plugins location setup menu.

The ones supplied with XARA are apparently pre-Vista. Thanks to a message I found here I was able to download and install newer versions of these plugins and they work fine.

If there are any problems they will probably be in the Live Effects Tool.
