Very nice, though the flag looks a bit like a hatchet. Ouch!

    Thanks guys....
Hmmmm. I thought it looked like an axe too but thought it might have been psychosis playin with my mind again
I'll go back and see what I can do to fix that. Thanks. This is why the input is so great

PS, once I fix the flag, I will just replace the pic in that post so, that's where the new fix will be seen.

You should create a version of the mail icon with some letters sticking out for the "You've got mail" version...

Oooh... good idea I had not thought about making the icons interactive, but definitely a great point definitely a very nice option for email icons.
    Thanks Eric

Hopefully this is not viewed as "bumping"?? I just figure it best to keep this as the thread to post new items related to the subject for critique.
Anyway, here are some new additions to the icon set.
I fixed the flag by simply just spinning it around (hope that works), As well as adding the "new mail" icon per Eric's suggestion a couple posts back (thanks Eric, great idea)

One thing I'm kinda "iffy" about... I'm wondering if throwing the yellow envelope with the green stamp on the "new mail" icon kinda throws the whole theme off??
Any thoughts on that would be greatly appreciated

And thanks everyone, this really helps to get the best over-all look to this set once it's finished...

I guess you can look at that two ways Paul - one, it is in contrast with the overall theme, which is very noticeable - two, it draws attention to itself, which is the point.

So I think you are definitely on the right lines, maybe experiment with some alternatives?

I think the colour sticks out a bit too much - it will certainly draw attention. I would think hard before straying from your reduced colour scheme.

The browser icon is interesting. I'm not sure that the kids would understand it if it were not for the text.

I think that the text on the computer icon is too small and probably some dashes or stylised marks representing the content would work better.
