Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 Problem : Help!

I Have Downloaded A Trial Version Of Paint Shop Pro Photo X2, The Download Went Fine And So Did The Instalation. When I First Opened The Programme Everything Seemed As It Should But, When I Relaunched The Programe After Closing It All The Toolbars And Palettes Completely Disappeared...

I Thought It Was Just A One Off Thing So I Got Them All Back Up Again, Used The Programme And Closed It But When I Relaunched It, All Of The Toolbars And Palettes Had Completely Disappeared Again...

I Was Just Wondering If This Had Happened To Anyone Else And If They Had Managed To Fix This Problem And If So, Could Tell Me How They Did It Or If Anyone Has Any Suggestions...

Does it go All white but for the title bar ? If so wait a minuet or two and all will come back.
Interesting when the patch was released it stopped doing it But It did not last long
