Well you just can't have Santa and sleds without snow can you?
The original scribble alteration is central. Then I made it into a brush and played with the settings a bit. The brush is applied to a line rectangle with rounded corners around the central original. And so we have...Scribbleflakes! Like snow but it doesn't melt until you want it to.
