How can I create a Alpha clor transparancy ?
If I import a image, select "create bitmap copy"
I select "true color + alpha" then I can't select
a color, If I select the eyedropper the menu
jumps back to 256 color etc..

Overall good functions in the new Xara X,
but a shame they didn't create some extras
in the "quickshape" tool like spirals, etc.
    and in the mould tool...

    Thanks for any help..
    greetings Rico,

To use alpha transparency, you need something that is already transparent. use the transparency tool and THEN make a bitmap copy.

Worked wonderfully for me and already has endless posibilites with the likes of photoshop.
