Charles, can we have a Layer set feature next time please?

I have just bought XXP 3.2. I have been using Xara for years and buy every new release. Its great value and the extra features are always worthwhile. I feel now that the only thing really lacking is better layer control. Xara is quite primative in this respect, especially if one is used to Photoshop. I would like to request that this could be worked on in the next release. Lets consider layer sets so that we could group layers and enable/disable or move them as a bunch. It would really speed up people's workflow I think.

Yes, nested layers is something I've wanted AutoCad to adopt for a while now too.

I can see where this could be very useful in detailed drawing with lots of overlapping objects..

I have noticed in some other applications that a flat transparency can be applied via a layer property. This could be very useful if it were "additive" to objects or groups on that layer even those already having a transparency attribute.
