Painter X freezing

Hi

I'm having problems with painterX freezing on me.

It freezes every time I try to use a pen brush.

It has also started freezing using other brushes.

I'm finding this particularly confusing since the pen had been working fine for ages before it suddenly started crashing.

Not only that but it crashes on other machines, not just my own.

Is this a known problem? Any way to solve it?
