Tab bed Navigation Buttons - how do I make them

HI All,
I wondered whether anyone could quickly tell me how to make the tab style navigation buttons? I've seen a few on this site and would like to emulate the style... http://icant.co.uk/articles/flexible...enu/index.html
I tried looking on the forums as I am sure it is on here somewhere...
I am still using Xtreme X 2.0f

I think menu maker can make you quickee buttons like you want. Although I don't use em much... I create em myself...

You can create buttons like these in Xtreme. See attached.

Is this what you have in mind?

And if so is this enough information?
