error message when creating a flash

well im new at creating a flash and as i was messing around with basic things do do i came across an error that i dont understand why. basically i had an image that had white borders flying into another image. i wanted to remove the white borders from the first image so i used the Mehdi Eraser to get rid of the white. Now when i try to preview the flash i get an error saying "serious error from Xara Xtreme Pro. Access violation exception at offset 0xFEFFEFFF. Any ideas?

well i ended up saving the image as a transparent 1 and then imported it into the flash and this method works with no errors
