Please Help with Spinning

Hello. I have searched the internet over and over for some type of wizard that would make my company logo spin. It has been driving me nuts. I downloaded 3ds max (which looked impossible) and then Xara 3d 6. I can not figure either of these programs out. All I am trying to do is make our logo spin and pause for a few seconds, then spin around again, and loop that on a clear background. I am having a great deal of trouble with this and would love help from you experts. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I wish I had a pound/dollar for everytime this request comes up, funny thing I can never remember how to answer it. There is a sticky somewhere by Risto about these requests, try searching for it also type spinning logo in the talkgraphics search engine and see what comes up.

I'm not asking for someone to do it, but just explain how they would. I have read the "how-to's" on the site and apparently I am just stupid because I still can't get it to work. lol

ok assume you have the xara3d and xtreme programs? - where exactly are you stuck?

I don't even know where to get started. These are the programs I have, Photshop, Xara 3d, 3ds max, Flash. I didn't really intend to take this much time on a spinning logo (doing this for free lol) I was hoping there was some kind of wizard program that rendered it... but from your answers I can see there is not. I am starting to think I don't want to spend this much of my time on something that I'm not getting paid to do lol... Thanks for the input guys!
