.swf flash files not recognised

it's still not playing egg!
please help, ive already spent too much time on this!
why doesnt the red icon appear next to my .swf files?
i entered the html, it looks like the file is there, have you checked the file? am i missing the macromedia plugin? does the file play on your comp?

I think that the "F" icon not showing on your local computer has nothing to do with the file not showing on the internet.

Please supply a link to the site where your Flash file is supposed to appear.
