Export an animated header in to Front Page 2000?

I've saved an animated header as "animated GIF" and in "File > Export "Animated GIF" tried to this export but failed.
How will the program/computer know where to export?
After clicking "export animated GIF I've opened Front Page 2000 and tried to copy the header in to FP, but failed.

To save an animation using Xara3D, you should use the File menu > Export Animation. A standard Windows save dialog will open where you can select the folder where the animation file will be saved. Once you select the folder and give the file a name you will be taken to a dialog where you can select options for size of image, transparency, number of colours, etc.

Using the animation file within Frontpage should be as simple as seleting the Insert menu and selecting Insert image from File.
