Default can't get rid of white lines

I need some help figuring out how to get rid of these pesky white lines between my image and it's shadow.

I have been exporting it on a dark background and it hasn't helped any.

I am using a png file for transparency.

The image and the shadow are grouped together.

I can't think of anything else to tell you, except nothing seems to work.

    Jen,

I can't see any white lines. Perhaps you could post the xar file?

They don't show on the xar file only when exporting.

In the image above they are on the top and bottom between the shadow and the rectangle.

    Jen,

The only thing I can suggest is to ensure your rectangle is in whole pixel numbers and your shadow extrusion is also in whole pixel values. Using non whole pixel values is the only way I could account for the lines.

I can see them if I import your image into Xtreme and turn off the Smooth bitmap feature in the Options/View and zoom in.

Does this one have white lines?

    No it's solid.

OK, now I have to try and get the same results.

How do I check to see if I have whole pixel numbers?

I just checked and it's not in whole pixel numbers. How do I fix that?
