I experienced the same problem yesterday. I saw nothing but blank spaces where the button icons were supposed to be. I opened the .js file with notepad and found that the icons that were referred to had the wrong file name association and changed the to the correct file and it worked. The trouble that I'm having right now is; that when I save the file after amending or changing it, the program will not overwrite the original file but instead adds a number after the file name. I didn't catch it in time and uploaded it to the net. Then the icons wouldn't show. I opened the file and saw the problem right away. I'm using Vista now and there seems to be a problem with Vista and overwriting files, which I haven't figured out yet. I just circumvent the problem by going into the .js file and using the [search/replace] funtion change the file association handlers in the java script. It works but is a nuisance and time consuming if you have a lot of work to do.
