No documents in history list?

Hi List
I have CorelDraw 10 and have the welcome screen appear
on start up. However, it has stopped showing any action
when I hover over “Open last edited� the over text says
“There are no documents in your history list. Please
select another option.�

I have also noticed there is no backup document!

I must have some how changed some default setting maybe?

As anyone have any suggestions please?
