    Thanks Germaine,

    The turtle is the same drawing with a ring map in one case, and crystal map in the other. You need to turn on paper texture to see the ring map transparency on screen. This would export to PNG showing transparency, regardless. The view is better in Xara, and I like to do the assembly there.

    Nice effects, Rich,

    I am often told that the Celtic stuff I do would work well with a treatment similar to this. I have the original MS Expression but have not used it much (rather a resource hog). After viewing these, however, I am downloading E3.

    Geo,

    The earlier versions are most likely expired. After several versions, the application was unable to save map fills with the file, and later, the map capability was removed. I believe you will only find this capability in E3 now.

    A leaf with a fly map fill and a ring map bezel. This has a grid map overlay as well.
