Suggestion: sticky with (beloved) plug-ins

How about a sticky that captures Xara user recommendations for some of the fabulous plug-ins available on the 'Net?

I suggest either a centralized list, probably requiring a moderator to create entries...

or

...free-for-all, new-thread-per-filter, but with a common template (similar to the one suggested by StevenWWinters for this sub-forum, but with some added bells/whistles:

o In thread title: Plug-in name + price + highlight kudo [e.g., "Harrys Filters 3.0 - Free - 1,000s of effects in 1")
o Brief description of functionality.
o Web site.
o Price.
o Works 100%, partially, or not at all (w/ details/anomalies provided).
o Works with bitmaps only, vector only, or both.
o Xara specific or Photoshop compatible.
