Yellow I find is not easy as it once was. You are right there. That is another flower that gets saturated very easily. Do you use spot or overall metering? I prefer spot metering and move the spot around the shot while sampling the levels.
BTW: You rose looks great! Very nice shot Rich!

Other colors to see if there is a difference.

Hi Rich,
something dawned on me today... I have a setting on my camera for Bright/normal. I haven't had a chance to try it yet, but I had my camera set on bright. That might be why the colors where so bright in the red and green.
It rained here today so I couldn't test it. But what I am going to try is one shot bright/ one normal and one raw... All the rest of the settings the same and see what I get.
Your blues look pretty good but your yellows are pretty saturated. Unless you purposefully set the camera to do that.
The one flower was an orange color, and these were as shot.
A couple of reds the same way.

Beautiful flowers Rich! The light is stil too bright tho.
I did a qucik test this morning and you could really see the difference in the saturation between bright and normal. Do you have a saturation adjustment in your menu? I would step down a click in exposure and then if they are still too saturated, I would try a click down in the color saturation... what do you have to loose?
