Need help with concatonate!

When setting a variable like this:
Set Variable: "age" = 5
Set Variable: "message" = "I am" & age & "years old"

How do you get spaces to appear between "I am 5 years old" - all my word run together after "I am"

Just write out "I am " & age & " years old." That way there will be spaces in between. That's all there is to it!
