Hi there i took some photos and some has come out a bit blured is there a way or a program that can fix photos up to get rid of the slight blur and make them a bit clearer then they are !

often a simple SHARPEN filter will do the trick if the focus is not TOO bad.

Xara has one (low, medium, high) in it's special effects.

the image left was a slightly blurry photo, the right is the same with a high level of sharpening.
