    Thumbs up Re: Fade slideshow

Smooth! A little faster would be better though. Given the public's short attention span by the time the transition starts, they might be long gone.

Care to share how you did this?

Maybe even as a Guest Tutorial?

    Gary (gary@gwpriester.com) or PM me.

    Great 'Guest Tutorial' Aridzone.
Initially I did wonder why old eagle eyed Gary thought we needed a tutorial, until I tried doing one myself.
It looks simple but I couldn't work it out until you made the tutorial (and it still confuses me).
    Thanks.

I'm glad you enjoyed it Salaam
It really is easy once you have the steps in front of you!
I must admit it took me quite a while to figure out at first.

    It has 576 frames ? ! !?

I did a dump on the flash file and it reports it as 576 frames. Did you do some loop backs or something?

It should have 6 frames because I used 3 pictures in that one.
I've never done a dump. What software do you use?

    free utility called SWFTOOLS
    used the utility SWFDUMP

I think what it was looking at was the object places in the various matrix and assigned a frame to each change, not sure.
