    Default sliding navigation

    Hi

Thought this could be useful for a navigation, I’ve seen it used a few times on sites, so I thought I’d share it, same as the last one I posted, just played about a bit with the code from a few tutorials I’ve had my head in over the last few weeks.

    Hope it’s useful to someone

    Hi Marcia

Yep I think flash 5 is too old, it will work in flash 6 and above, a little bit of luck someone on here might be able to get it working in flash 5 for you.

    Kind Regards

    Your welcome Availor

you can change the speed of the movement via the onClipEvent code by changing the number at the end, ive set them up to come out at different speeds 5,6,7,8

Here's another way to get the same result Availor using the tween class, seems a little smoother with this one,Limited knowledge of AS so there is more than likley a better way to write the code. smaller file too

Never give up. You will never fail, but you may find a lot of ways that don't work.

Sorry about that, I seem to be unable to say the name of my flv player. All I get are *'s

Larry, PM me the name that is being replaced with asterisks please.
But enter a space between each letter, otherwise I'll just get ***** again
