    Finally found some free time to play with this.
    It's a good challenge. Here's three from me.
    All done in PhotoImpact.
    The first one has colors chosen using a free automated color scheme generator. Just picked a blue base color for the background and it came up with two or three colors that goes with it.
    The second uses black and white pixel screentones.
    The third, psychedelic one, is a good demonstration of the saying "Just because you can doesn't mean you should... " (Actually, I was trying to get a 70's style coloring, but something went horribly wrong...)
